We only provide vehicle lockout assistance and car door opening. We do not cut, replace, duplicate or program car keys.

A car locked in a city built for visitors
Benidorm had more than three million visitors in 2025. The central locking of an unfamiliar hire car, a key dropped on a seat while the bags go in: that is how many of these calls begin.
The underground garage of a hotel or an apartment tower, a car park by the beach, a day out at Aqualandia or Mundomar on the Rincón de Loix side of town: tell us which, and the level or bay if it is inside. On the Levante and Poniente promenades, which are inside the low emission zone, vehicle access is watched by cameras, so if your car is there we will meet you at the nearest street we can reach.

Make, model and where it is
With a photo of the driver's door if you can. It tells us which tools to bring.

Proof that the car is yours to open
The registration papers, the hire agreement or your ID matching the documents. If they are inside the car, we check them as soon as it opens.

The door is eased, not forced
An inflatable wedge makes a small gap at the top of the door and a long-reach tool presses the unlock button or lifts the handle from inside.

You take the keys out
That is the whole job. Nothing is cut, coded or replaced.

What we will not do with your car
So there is no wasted journey for either of us, none of the following is offered:
- Cutting or copying keys, of any kind
- Spare or replacement keys for doors and padlocks
- Car keys: supplying, replacing or programming them
- Transponder keys and vehicle remotes
- Ignition and ignition barrel repairs
- Keys for motorbikes and vans

Car questions, answered before you ring
It is a hire car. Should I ring the rental company first?
Yes. Most hire contracts include roadside assistance, and some ask you to use theirs. If they cannot come, or will take too long, ring us with the rental agreement to hand: it is your proof that you are entitled to open the car.
Could the car be scratched or damaged?
The door is opened with inflatable wedges and long-reach tools made for the job, not by forcing the lock or breaking a window. The paintwork and the seals are protected throughout.
The key is locked in the boot, not the cabin.
Tell us the make and model. On many cars, once a front door is open, the boot releases from inside or from the dashboard; on others it needs its own approach.
My key has broken and the car will not start. Can you help?
No. We open car doors and nothing else: we do not cut, replace, duplicate or program car keys, and we do not repair ignitions. For that you need a main dealer or an automotive key specialist.
There is a dog or a child inside the car in the sun.
Ring 112 straight away. In summer heat a closed car becomes dangerous in minutes, and the emergency services will not wait for a locksmith.
