These five things get the right door opened soonest. - **The building's name** and the street its entrance is on. - **The block or staircase, the floor and the door** (or the room number). - **Whether you can reach the landing** , or only the street door. - **What the lock does** : the key turns and nothing happens, it will not go in, it snapped. - **A photo of the lock** on WhatsApp, if your phone is with you. You are told the price for that address at that hour before anyone sets off, so there is nothing to discover afterwards. Pushing at the broken end with the other half, or with tweezers, usually drives it deeper into the pins.
